Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and FlingCam. The short version: you must be 18 or over, treat other people with basic respect, never record or exploit anyone, and understand that the service is provided as-is. The full version follows.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using flingcam.tv and the matching experience it connects you to (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By using FlingCam, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is legal where you live. We may suspend or terminate access where we have reason to believe a user is underage.

3. The Service

FlingCam is a video chat discovery and matching platform. It introduces adults to one another for live, private, one-on-one video conversations, through random matching and through browsing who is currently online. An account is created automatically when you start, so there is no long profile setup.

FlingCam is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party brand that may be referenced on this site for comparison or informational purposes — including Flingster or any other random chat service. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service facilitates introductions. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the conduct of individual users during their conversations, or for what happens between users inside or outside the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

Share, request or promote any illegal content, or engage in any activity that is unlawful where you or the other person is located
Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame or abuse any other user
Record, screenshot, capture or redistribute another person's video, image or conversation without their clear prior consent
Scam, defraud or solicit money, gifts, financial details or verification codes from other users
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity in a way intended to deceive
Involve, depict or direct content toward anyone under 18 in any way — this is an absolute, zero-tolerance rule
Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Service, scrape content or manipulate matching
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and where required, reports to the appropriate authorities.

5. Paid Features

Parts of the Service may be offered for a fee — for example extended chat time, matching options or premium features. Where a feature costs money, the price will be displayed before you complete a purchase. All purchases are subject to the payment terms shown at the point of sale. Except where required by law, purchases are final once access to the paid feature has been provided.

6. Account and Conduct

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account and for keeping your device access secure. An account is created automatically to make starting fast; that convenience does not reduce your responsibility for how the account is used. You are also responsible for your own behavior in every conversation — the Safety Guide describes the conduct we expect and the tools (skip, leave, report) available to every user.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available, that every match will meet your expectations, or that other users are who they present themselves to be. Live video conversations between strangers carry inherent unpredictability; you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlingCam and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue part or all of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability and acceptable-use obligations — will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and flag material changes more prominently where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
