FlingCam is a video chat discovery and matching platform for adults. Because the service is built around live video, we keep the information we ask for to a practical minimum: enough to run the platform, keep it secure and improve it. What We Never Ask For
FlingCam will never ask for your passwords to other services, one-time verification codes, banking credentials or payment card details over chat. We use a small number of cookie categories: strictly necessary cookies that make the site function, preference cookies that remember your settings, and analytics cookies that help us understand aggregate usage. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy: for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterwards for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Technical logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. FlingCam is intended strictly for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor is using the platform, report it to us immediately.
